PRICE AND PRODUCT

  • The Company shall make every effort to ensure that prices, details and sizes of products on this website are up to date. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and all orders are subject to Company's acceptance at its sole discretion and stock availability.

  • The Company shall make every effort to ensure products displayed on the website are in stock. If from time to time products become out of stock, the Company reserves the right to offer alternative product/s to the Customer of similar value and range.

  • Prices charged for purchases on this website may be different from those charged in our stores.

  • The prices charged are those applicable on the day you order.

DELIVERY

  • We shall deliver the products to the delivery address specified and keyed in by you on the order form. Your order will be delivered to you via the service of a courier service company.
  • We aim to deliver within the time frame indicated below but we are not able to guarantee any firm delivery dates upon order and to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

WRONG PRODUCTS

  • Shall we send you any wrong products accidentally, the management has the rights to either replace it with the correct one or offer partial/full refund without replacement depending on customers cases.

PRODUCT DEFECTS

  • Any products with major defects such as malfunction, big holes, spoil button, and etc. Only these cases, we will bear two way postage cost (return and replace) depending on necessity, otherwise full refund will be offered without the need to return back the defect item to us.
  • Shall we send you any wrong products accidentally, the management has the rights to either replace it with the correct one or offer partial / full refund without replacement depending on customers cases.
  • Otherwise, for minor defects as mentioned above, we reserve the rights to demand customers to post back the defects item and we will refund your money back with return postage only
  • Any defects occured during transit or shipping (especially for fragile items), the management has the rights to rejects claim as the damage was not done by us but rather during shipping. We can't guarantee safe shipping for fragile products as deliveries are done by third party company.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

  • All our stocks are live update. When you place order the certain products, our system will automatically deduct the stock for it while waiting for your payment. In some cases, stocks clash may occur whereby our system allows you to buy certain product but after making payment, the selected product or size maybe unavailable. You would be advised to either change size, product or design in such problem otherwise refund will be given for that particular product. In the event whereby you did not respond to us regarding replacement, we have the right to refund you back your money and post out the remaining available items.

RETURN

  • If we send wrong item to you, then you can return it back to us. We will resend the correct item back to you upon receiving returned items. You should report the problem within 3 days after receiving the products and return it within 7 days and the item must be in original condition (with tag and original packaging) when returning to us.
  • When your return request has been accepted, please pack and return your item ( with original packaging and tagging) to us.
  • IMPORTANT NOTES : Please ensure your returns request number is clearly marked on the package. Failure to write will delay the return process.

POSTAGE

  • We only bear postage charges in cases where we WRONGLY send you any items or DEFECTS cases. Otherwise, if you wish to exchange because want to change size or design or not satisfied with the items, then all postage charges shall be be borne by customer.

TRACKING

  • All tracking numbers will be sent to your email by our system once your order is shipped. Therefore, if your order status is still awaiting shipment, please wait till we come to your turn as we process orders based on queue in the system, Once shipped, check your email/ junk mail/ spam for the tracking number.
